I have felt so wonderful, so "at home" in your beautiful apartment in Provença. What a joy it has been to call it "home" here. My colleagues and friends from GRAND MACABRE who were here all raved about it, how fantastic, how special, how beautiful.
Again, thank you - most especially for your kindness and wonderful care!
This will be something I will always remember - and I hope to come back someday!

Dear John and Josefina

Casa Capella is a heaven, how can you not fall in love with a place that not only supplies an expresso pot, but proper cups and spoons as well! The local brew pub just on the other side of Diagonal and so many sidewalk cafes, veg and bakery stalls to choose from - we felt immediately at home.

A fun CD collection, though your neighbours may well be tired of the cello concierto…. too too lovely while relaxing on the balcony with our after work cocktail. The office made it easy for Larry to conduct the business that he had to take care of before we could some sightseeing … problem is Casa Capella … did I metion heaven?

We managed about an attraction around noon then we were drawn back to the balcony for cocktails or wine with a bowl of olives to watch the clouds float by and listen to the breeze in the Sycamore tree. Easy to select a book from the well stocked shelves - put my feet up and visit Barcelona.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at Casa Capella.  This was our first trip to Spain and by far it has been our favorite place.  The location is perfect, the house lovely and the amenities perfect.
We have enjoyed running at night down the main avenues to the beaches and the Sagrada Familia.  Having a home to come back to each night has made our experiences in Barcelona even more special.
If you are ever in South Carolina, please look us up.

PS - by the way, if you ever get a chance, head to the W by the beach for a Mojito - it is beautiful view of your city!

As you can see on the previous page, we quite enjoyed our time in Barcelona!  Casa Capella is in the perfect location.  We loved being able to walk everywhere.  Loved sitting out on the back patio at night - especially when there was Jazz playing on the roof of the Pedrera.
Thanks so much for your hospitality!  Such a great start to our Mediterranean cruise.
