Casa Capella 1 is the best two bedroomed luxury serviced accommodation in Barcelona today. Whilst at comparative quality levels with 4 or 5 star hotel suites, it offers the guest, their family or friends more space, convenience and intimacy. All bookings are made directly with Casa Capella owners, who meet and greet you.
Casa Capella is fully prepared for your arrival with a complete set of towels for each guest.
Weekly three hour housekeeping with textile change is included in the rental fee.
Flexible bed arrangements by previous request.
Children under the age of 2 are not charged.

Conditions:

Minimum rental period: 4 days.

Deposit: 40% of total fee (non-refundable)
via international bank transfer (eg. swift), or Credit Card.
Remaining 60% payment on arrival.
Returnable deposit in lieu of damages or lost keys: € 300.
